Data We Hold

We store the personal and transactional data you provide during registration and during UPI, Paytm or PhonePe deposits. Data is held only as long as your account is active or as required by applicable Indian law.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on your account and we encrypt all data in transit. If we detect unusual login activity, your account is flagged and you receive an immediate notification before any funds move.

Data Retention

Account records including transaction logs for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits are retained for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. After that period, records are securely deleted.

These terms apply where access to tabtouch is permitted under your local state or national law. If wagering accounts are restricted in your jurisdiction, these terms do not create any right of access. Check the laws that apply to your location before proceeding.

We aim to notify you of any material change via email or an in-account notification before the change takes effect. Minor administrative updates may take effect immediately. Continuing to use your account after notification means you accept the updated terms.
